Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. What Sloopt is

Sloopt provides automated behavioral testing, grading, certification, and monitoring of AI agent skills ("the Service"). Grades and reports are generated exclusively from automated test runs against versioned test suites.

2. What a grade means — and doesn't

A grade or certification reflects the behavior of a tested skill on our test cases at the time of the run, identified by suite version and run hash. It is not: a guarantee of future behavior; an exhaustive security audit; a malware scan; legal or compliance advice; or an insurance product. You remain responsible for your own deployment decisions.

3. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: only submit skills you have the right to submit; do not probe or attack our infrastructure; and display badges only while the underlying certification is valid, always linking to the live verification page.

4. Paid services and billing

Certification is a one-time purchase per skill version. Monitoring is a monthly subscription per skill. You can cancel anytime directly from the product — open your monitor status page and choose "Cancel monitoring"; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; Creem's terms apply to the payment transaction, and Creem collects and remits VAT and applicable sales tax. Prices are shown before purchase. See our Refund Policy. Guard subscriptions are billed as a flat monthly fee by agent band. They are not sold as credits and are not metered invoices.

5. Disputes about grades

Skill owners may dispute a grade at no cost. Disputes trigger a fresh automated re-run; the outcome is published on the result page. Grades cannot be edited manually — by anyone, including us.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to skills you submit. You grant us a limited license to execute the skill within our test harness and to publish grades and test summaries of publicly available skills. Our test suites, engine, reports, and branding remain our property.

7. Validity, re-tests and methodology changes

A grade is a snapshot. Every grade shows the rules version it was tested under and the date of the test. It is valid for 12 months from that date, or until the skill or agent changes, whichever comes first. We may change the rules. A material change — one that can move a letter — is announced on the changelog at least 14 days before it applies to existing grades. Subscribers (monitoring and Guard subscriptions) are re-tested free within 30 days of a material change. One-off buyers (certification and Guard reports) may re-run at 50% of the current price for 90 days after the change; after that, the re-run is full price. An existing page keeps the grade and rules version from its test. We do not change a paid grade silently, and a rules change does not by itself create liability.

8. Use of your name

You grant Sloopt the right to name your company and display your logo as a user of the Service, including in marketing materials and partner lists, from your first use, including a free trial. You may withdraw this right by email to [email protected]; we remove the name within 30 days.

9. Live testing authorisation

By providing an endpoint you confirm you are authorised to have it tested, that the tests may send adversarial prompts, and that you have excluded production data or accept the exposure. We are not liable for the agent's own actions during a test.

10. Data we hold

For a test we hold the repository name, the endpoint URL, the skill text, and the test transcripts. We do not hold your credentials. Transcripts are kept for 12 months so a dispute can be checked, then deleted. Private content is not used to train the grader unless you opt in.

11. Agencies and clients

When an agency buys a report for a client, the agency is the customer and the client is the subject of the test. The agency warrants that it is authorised to submit the client's skill or endpoint. The client is listed as a graded company only with the client's consent.

12. Directory and referrals

We do not take a fee on sales made through the directory. If that ever changes, these terms change first.

13. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by the behavior of any skill, graded or not.

14. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; monitoring subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period.

15. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Sloopt

Behavioral safety grading for AI agent skills. Grades are produced only by real engine runs and are never edited by hand — certification is point-in-time and does not guarantee future behavior.

No credits · no metered bills · payments handled by Creem.

A Sloopt rating is independent supporting evidence — one input into your security and compliance program. It does not certify legal compliance or guarantee a skill is safe; it reports what we measured, when we measured it, against named standards.
