What do I get for the $79 certification?
A one-time $79 certification runs the injection probes 32 times. You get a displayable A to F badge and a public attestation page.
What does $29 a month monitoring do?
$29 a month re-tests the skill when it changes and emails you the day the grade drops. The certification page and badge are included, and you can cancel anytime.
What is in a Guard Posture Report?
A Posture Report is a one-time audit of a deployment you already run, from $500. It inventories the agents, lists prioritized findings with the fix and the cited standard, and includes live attack tests against the running agent.
Does the Guard subscription include the report?
Yes. The subscription, from $199 a month, includes the graded report, re-scans on request, and an alert when a grade drops.
Are there credits or metered charges?
No. There are no credits and no metered bills. You pay the flat price of the check, the certification, the monitor, or the Guard plan you choose.
Who processes payments?
Creem does. Creem is the merchant of record: it charges the card and handles VAT and sales tax.
What is your refund policy?
Certification is refunded in full before the test runs, or if the run fails on our side; a completed run is not refunded because the grade is unwanted. Monitoring can be cancelled anytime, and the first month is refundable within 14 days. Email [email protected] and Creem sends the refund to the original payment method.
